What is the MOQ?
Our MOQ is flexible. We accept small trial orders so you can validate product quality in your market before committing to larger volumes. Volume pricing tiers apply as quantities grow.
What are your lead times?
Sample lead time and mass production lead time are confirmed at quotation. Core components are kept in stock, which keeps production schedules short and reliable.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard trade terms apply — T/T is the baseline, with other options (L/C, PayPal for samples) discussed per order. Terms are confirmed at quotation.
What are your shipping options?
Express, air and sea freight depending on order size and destination. We consolidate shipments for mixed orders and confirm delivery windows at quotation.
Do you offer samples before bulk orders?
Yes. Samples are available for most products before mass production, so you can verify image quality, night vision and build quality in your own market first.
Can I get volume pricing for large projects?
Yes — the larger the quantity, the better the per-unit price. Send your projected volume and we will quote tiered pricing for your project.
OEM / ODM
Can you do OEM / ODM with my own brand?
Yes. OEM/ODM is our core business — custom housing, branding, packaging and firmware/app configuration are all available. Samples are provided before mass production.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM means we manufacture your branded version of an existing product line. ODM means we develop a custom product — housing, firmware, features — to your specification.
Can you private label the app too?
Yes. The companion app can be rebranded for your company on iOS and Android, with your logo and name — a key differentiator for distributors building their own brand.
Do you support custom firmware?
Yes, on ODM projects. We can adjust protocols, add features, change the UI and configure platform integrations to fit your market requirements.
What documentation do you provide for compliance?
CE, FCC and RoHS documentation is provided with your order, plus datasheets, user manuals and any market-specific certificates you need for import.
Can you help with packaging design?
Yes. We offer retail-ready packaging with your branding, including box design, labels and user manuals in your language.
Technology & Compatibility
Do your cameras work with third-party NVRs?
Yes. All FULLCOLORCAM cameras support ONVIF and GB28181 protocols, so they integrate with most third-party NVR platforms. They also pair with our companion app for zero-config P2P remote access.
What about the app for remote viewing?
Remote access works through the companion app on iOS and Android, and the companion app client on Windows. No port forwarding needed — one-click NAT penetration via the free remote-viewing app.
What is full-color night vision?
Traditional IR cameras switch to black & white at night. Full-color low-light cameras use a large-aperture sensor (F1.0) that keeps recording in vivid color even in near-darkness (0.1 Lux), so you can identify colors, faces and details instead of just silhouettes.
What is the difference between PoE, WiFi and 4G cameras?
PoE runs power and data over one Ethernet cable — most reliable. WiFi installs fastest with no cabling. 4G works anywhere with cellular coverage — ideal for remote or temporary sites. Your site decides which fits.
What is the difference between an NVR and a DVR?
An NVR records IP cameras over the network; a DVR records analog or coax cameras. If you are installing new cameras, IP + NVR is the modern choice. If you have existing coax, a DVR (or hybrid) upgrades it.
Can I mix camera types in one system?
Yes. Bullet, dome and PTZ cameras mix freely on an ONVIF-compliant NVR. This is the main advantage of open-standard systems over brand-locked ones.
How much storage do I need?
A 4MP H.265+ camera records roughly 35-43 GB per day. A 4-camera system with a 2TB drive holds about 12-14 days continuous, or 30+ days with motion-only recording.
What is H.265+ encoding?
H.265+ is smart encoding that cuts bitrate on static scenes — saving 40-60% storage versus H.264 at the same image quality. It is the single biggest lever on how many days your drives hold.

How do you guarantee quality?
Every batch passes a 100% final inspection before shipment, with real footage captured from production units to verify image quality and night vision performance. Inspection video can be shared on request.
What is your warranty?
A 2-year baseline warranty applies to our products, with a documented RMA process. We also publish firmware updates and security patches — ask for the update policy before ordering.
Do you provide technical support for installers?
Yes. Our engineers help with system design, camera placement and configuration — from a single site to multi-building deployments. Support is included with every order.
Can you share real footage samples?
Yes. We can share real night-vision and daytime footage captured from production units, so you can evaluate image quality before you commit.
What certifications do your products have?
CE, FCC and RoHS are standard. Additional certificates (e.g. local market approvals) can be arranged for volume orders.
