What is the MOQ for OEM projects?
No fixed MOQ — private-label and mixed solution orders are welcome; branding scope and sample units (at unit price) are confirmed per order.
Can you customize firmware and the app?
Yes on firmware: we pre-configure camera and NVR settings and print your logo on the NVR interface. The mobile app itself stays Seetong — it cannot be white-labeled. We support ONVIF and third-party platform integration.
What compliance documentation do you provide?
Certification needs depend on the destination country — we never claim unverified certificates. Tell us your market and we align on the exact documents your customs requires, and coordinate local approvals with the factory for large projects.
How long does a typical OEM project take?
Sample development and mass production lead times are confirmed per order after spec approval.
